Very clean and pretty. There were little gardens outside the rooms in case you wanted to sit outside. The bed was very comfortable and the pool looked lovely. the water pressure was excellent. The best thing was homemade breakfast. We had omelets with spinach, cheese and salsa. There was fresh fruit and yogurt. There were a few options, French toast was one and i don’t remember the others, but they cooked in front of you. The owners take excellent care by keeping it spotless and so many beautiful flowers. I was pleasantly surprised and definitely recommend.

Man this place hit every check list extremely clean and a beautiful clean pool . The breakfeast was exceptional contiental they had a full coffee and juice bar, serving eggs french toast an sausage . They also had bagel and toast bar. I highly recommend this hotel the staff is wonderful and i love the location across the st is a 24 hr royal farms and right next.door is a mams fried chicken best place in fredericksburg , they also have a dunkin donuts right in front of the hotel !! Great place cant wait to stay again !!

Complimentary breakfast very nice with a good assortment of drinks, pastries, fresh fruit with a hot selection scrambled eggs and sausage links or pancakes. There was a Dunkin and Baskin Robins in the parking lot. It’s nicely located just a short drive to Fredericksburg historic district and Mary Washington College.

Super comfortable beds, clean rooms, excellent price compared to other nearby hotels, and very conveniently located. But the highlight for us was the exceptional morning staff-- the desk manager and chef were both so friendly and accommodating. Plus, the breakfast was amazing-- pancakes, sausage, eggs, bagel station, and yogurt with fresh fruits and berries!

Despite the on-site amenities were a bit dated, the notable lack of dust or scent of mold you might find in other places made up for it along with the well situated and stocked free breakfast.
